SILO TOP JET FILTER

Silo top jet filters are systems that discharge excess pressure formed inside the silo during the filling of the dust transferred by pneumatic conveying systems into the silos, prevent unwanted dust that will occur inside and outside the silo, and minimize dust explosions.

Dust transferred by pneumatic conveying systems is sent to the silos with high-pressure blowers. The silos that the dust reaches will definitely create dust from their open areas while discharging this pressure. The most accurate method is to prevent this dust in a controlled manner and to send the released air to the atmosphere by filtering it. The filtered dust is dropped back into the silos with pressurized air (Jet Pulse) applied to the filter surface. Thus, the dust discharged into the silo can be used with minimum loss and maximum efficiency.
